Sales Goblin Privacy Policy

Sales Goblin ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by FTW Agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application, our website at salesgoblin.app, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Information we collect

Account and authentication information

When you create an account we collect identifiers such as email address and authentication data. Sign in may be provided through email, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In.

Connected Stripe account identifiers

When you connect a Stripe account via OAuth, we receive Stripe account identifiers and OAuth credentials needed to maintain the connection and receive events.

Stripe event and revenue information

We process Stripe event and revenue information to operate the feed, alerts, insights, widgets, and Sales Watch. This can include amounts, currencies, event types, account attribution, and customer or event context needed for functionality (for example a customer name or email included on a Stripe event). Sales Goblin processes this information to provide the Service. We do not claim that we never process customer information.

Subscription and entitlement information

We process whether your account has an active Sales Goblin subscription and which billing path applies (Apple/App Store or web/Stripe).

Device and push token information

We collect device type, OS version, and push tokens from Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging via Expo, used to deliver alerts.

App usage and diagnostic information

We store preferences you set in the product (notification types, quiet hours, sounds, Sales Watch settings). We do not currently embed third-party product-analytics SDKs. Hosting and infrastructure logs may include technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and request path.

Support communications

If you contact support@salesgoblin.app, we process the information you send so we can respond.

How we use information

• Provide the feed, alerts, insights, widgets, and Sales Watch.
• Authenticate you and manage your account.
• Connect Stripe accounts via OAuth and process webhook events.
• Determine subscription entitlement.
• Process web subscription payments through Stripe when that path is used.
• Respond to support requests.
• Operate, protect, and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Stripe

Stripe is used in two distinct ways:

Connected-account data

You authorize Sales Goblin through Stripe OAuth (Connect). Sales Goblin uses that connection only to read revenue activity. We receive webhook events from connected accounts and use them to update your feed and notifications. We do not ask for your Stripe password. Sales Goblin does not provide functionality to create charges, issue refunds, transfer funds, or change payouts in connected accounts.

Sales Goblin web subscription billing

When you purchase a Sales Goblin subscription on the web, Stripe may process that payment as our merchant of record for that purchase. Stripe may collect payment-method and billing details for that transaction. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Apple and RevenueCat

Native iOS subscriptions may involve Apple and RevenueCat. Purchases made through the iOS app may be processed by Apple through the App Store. RevenueCat helps us recognize App Store entitlements.

RevenueCat may receive:

• App user identifiers
• Product identifiers
• Entitlement and subscription status
• Transaction and receipt metadata
• Platform and storefront information

Sales Goblin and RevenueCat do not receive your full card number or CVC from Apple billing.

Other processors

We use these services because they are part of the current product:

• Supabase — authentication and application data storage.
• Stripe — connected-account OAuth, webhook events, and applicable web subscription billing.
• RevenueCat — native in-app purchase entitlement.
• Apple — App Store billing, Sign in with Apple, and push delivery (APNs).
• Google — Sign in with Google; Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android push when that path is used.
• Expo — app distribution and push-notification delivery.
• Render — hosting the API that the app and website call.

We do not currently use separate third-party marketing-analytics vendors on the website. Each processor operates under its own privacy policy.

Data storage and security

Account data and notification history are stored with Supabase. Stripe OAuth tokens are stored for connected accounts and are not exposed in client-side application code. Communication uses TLS/HTTPS. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we do not claim certifications we have not obtained.

Retention and deletion

We retain Sales Goblin account data while your account is active. You may request or delete your Sales Goblin account through the product. Deleting your Sales Goblin account removes your Sales Goblin account data from our application database, subject to backups and legal holds.

Account deletion does not erase records held by Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat, or other processors. Those providers may retain billing, fraud, tax, or legal records according to their own obligations. Deleting your Sales Goblin account also does not necessarily cancel an Apple or web subscription.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete account data as available in the product or by contacting support.
• Disconnect a Stripe account from within the app.
• Control notification types and quiet hours in Settings.
• Disable push notifications in device settings (this limits alerts).

Contact support@salesgoblin.app to exercise privacy requests. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Sales Goblin is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you in-app or by email for material changes. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
